Soggiorno rovinato da due multe per colpa dell'hotel

Pros: La struttura in sé è accogliente e le camere sono risultate confortevoli per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ho apprezzato molto anche la posizione comoda dell'hotel, ideale per i miei spostamenti. Nel complesso l'esperienza in albergo sarebbe stata del tutto positiva. Cons: Purtroppo la gestione del parcheggio è stata pessima e mi ha causato un grave danno economico, dato che non hanno aggiornato la mia targa nel sistema. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, ho ricevuto una prima risposta in cui mi promettevano di risolvere la questione, ma successivamente sono letteralmente spariti nel null

Pros: All of the staff was absolutely wonderful...friendly, professional, and very helpful and easy to work with. Cons: We traveled with kids and a dog and stayed mainly because it had a pool and was pet friendly. We found out, after searching unsuccessfully, that there was not one. Very disappointed...
