Pros: The staff was so patient with the family ahead of us
Pros: The staff was so patient with the family ahead of us. They had issues with another hotel and she was so helpful. She could've showed frustration, but never did. Kudos to her! Cons: The smell in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It wasnt pungent, just there.
