My stay was horrible due to the elevators not working considering the amount of money we paid for 5 nights
Pros: Location was not bad, close to the train station and close to Times Square Cons: The elevators were not working and we got stuck in one of the elevators. Fortunately our room was on the 8th however we had to walk up and down the stairs i cannot imagine people who were on the 20th and and the 30th floor

Overall extremely pleased with fantastic and helpful staff
Pros: Superb location. Excellent view from 29th floor. Cons: Started to renovate the refreshment area halfway through our stay which was slightly frustrating. One of the lifts broke on the last day meaning long waits.
Apart from room facilities NY was good
Pros: Location Cons: Room was a disaster. No bedside table on right side of bed . Wardrobe space minuscule and not enough height to hang a shirt without draping it on the safe . No chance to hang trousers or jacket .
