Will definitely stay there again. Like the location
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The look of the hotel was very modern love the look the room was very nice. Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like that the staff forgot to tell me that I have to use the key to the room so I can use the elevator to go up

Stayed at this hotel to attend a concert downtown. Very happy with our room and the services provided. We did end up using room service for dinner, as the restaurant was extremely busy.
The room was very comfy.
The location is great and the hotel was clean.
Pros: Updated. Close to the concert venue we were in town for Cons: Valet parked ( additional 40.00 charge) on top of the 270.00 room, except no valet available the next morning. The front desk attendant was the only employee. She gave us our keys and we were left to wander around the parking garage hitting our key fob trying to find our vehicle. Very disappointed
