Wonderful stay
The hotel is very clean and well kept, and the staff are so helpful. They go above and beyond. I was a solo female traveling and when I got back to the hotel late, they came out as I’m getting out of the car to accompany me back to the hotel. Also in a nice location and area, I walk around by myself to the supermarket and restaurants, feel quite safe in Summerstrand.

The best customer service!
Our stay was brief, just overnight. However, the customer service we received went above and beyond. At 9:45pm I called the manager on duty, Wendy, and explained that I had been calling for an hour and no taxi companies would answer their phones and Uber said there were no rides available between 6 & 7am the following morning. I was beside myself as four of us needed to catch a flight at 8:30am. Wende kindly offered to make two airport trips...one at 5:30 and one at 6am so we didn't miss our flight! She also made us a bagged breakfast of a ham & egg sandwich, an orange, and a juice box.

Great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are really big with loads of space for your luggage. Beautiful decorated

We only stayed one night, but it was a great place to stop over and would be great for a long term stay. Very friendly staff.
