Pros: Прекрасный отель, в котором продумано абсолютно всё. Каждый уголок невероятно красивый — архитектура, интерьеры, детали, атмосфера. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: очень внимательный, профессиональный и доброжелательный, все прекрасно говорят на английском. Сервис действительно на высшем уровне. Завтраки великолепные.Нам было очень комфортно, и всё пребывание оставило исключительно приятные впечатления. Cons: Ничего. Всё было прекрасно.

One of the most personalised hotel stays we've experienced

Capella was probably the most unique hotel we stayed at during our Shanghai trip. Staying in a restored Shikumen villa feels completely different from staying in a conventional luxury hotel. Even before we arrived, the hotel contacted us to ask if we had any special requests. After learning that my wife was pregnant and that we were celebrating her birthday, they prepared a pregnancy pillow in the room and decorated the villa before we checked in. A beautiful and atmospheric villa stay

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for just one night, mostly for the experience, as we spent most of our Shanghai trip in other hotels. It is a very beautiful place and definitely worth trying. The villas are very cozy, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. We had a wonderful sleep and a very restful stay. Breakfast is à la carte, and the choice is not very large, but overall we enjoyed our stay. For us, the main highlight was the villa itself. One day was enough to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere and enjoy the experience. Cons: the restaurant and boulangerie inside the complex felt quite overpri

Sencillamente alucinante

Pros: Es un sitio muy especial, muy diferente a cualquier hotel. Las habitaciones tienen acceso directo desde la calle y varios pisos, con una cantidad increíble de espacio. El gimnasio, spa…genial. Aunque todo esto es de diez, sin duda lo mejor el trato. Súper amables, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, siempre muy eficientes y ágiles. La zona (zona antigua colonia francesa) tiene un encanto especial, restaurantes alucinantes escondidos y tiendas que parecen casas… Cons: Nada… todo fue perfecto.
