We enjoyed our stay. Perhaps a little bit more information about the rooms would have been helpful.

Pros: The location was perfect for what we had planned for our weekend. Everything we wanted was in walking distance and close to our venues. Thank you for the complementary bottle of bubbles for our anniversary. Cons: I asked about an upgrade. Yes, you can have it for an additional $35.00. It's a bigger room, only two rooms on that floor and views are better. We paid for the upgrade but the room was the same size with a different layout. The views were other building and not the gardens we were told about. We only had one robe in our room and the TV was hard to use as far as channel av

It's overall good, except the shower head was loose and I had to hold it all the time.

No notice on the noise

One night stay that will take me a couple of days to catch up on....no notice of the extreme noise overnight from the cross city tunnel construction going on below. Very loud banging from 6.30pm - 6.30am. No heads up at reservation or check in. Completely unacceptable.
