Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation of our four-week trip through Southeast Asia. We were particularly disappointed that the hotel was not very child-friendly. It was explicitly stated on Booking that our child could stay with us in the room for free and all costs were included in the room rate. However, on-site, we were asked to pay extra for our child's breakfast. It took speaking with a total of four different receptionists and contacting both the hotel and Booking via email to finally resolve this, which was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. Pros: Large bathroom and comfortable beds in the Studio Executive Twin Room. Cons: Breakfast dining area is way too small for the volume of guests.
