Everything was functional and clean. Seemed secure also. Lots of space, well laid out. Location convenient for university (my reason for travel), a little farther walk to train station and city centre. Cafes and restaurants not far. Relatively inexpensive, and excellent value. Check-in straightforward and owner was helpful.
