Caring Hotel

Lovely find in London - Aesthetically pleasing and close to shops

Pros: The room and bathroom was decent. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. The aesthetic of the interior of the hotel was beautiful, especially around the reception area, which, naturally is British Themed. I adore the Receptionist that greeted us. She was so cheerful and helpful; she understood what the definition of exceptional customer service is and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home. The other lady Receptionist in the night time was lovely too. It is only 5 minutes walk from Queensway, so it is very close to Hyde Park and places to eat/shop. Break

Ubicación perfecta. Los trabajadores estuvieron siempre súper atentos y nos ayudaron con todo.

Creeped out by the bed bugs.

Pros: Good location. Continental breakfast was good. Cons: Did not like the blood sucking bed bugs in our room. It was evident from the marked sheets the bugs had been there some time, on arrival we were too tired to notice. When advising reception of this when checking out they did seem surprised or concerned. The bed bug room is number 6, though likely there will be others. We squashed a few on the sheets which left blood stain marks. Bathroom was very small.
