Carlton Court Hotel

Short visit for the Air Show had a great weekend, love Eastbourne.

Cheap & cheerful,hotel has had better days but great location handy for beach & town centre. Pleasant staff & a great price.

Don’t stay there

Pros: No breakfast Cons: Towel’S too small for drying are self’s after a shower no bigger then a hand towel room cold no heating at all check in at 3 pm never saw anybody after that for are entire stay extra cost for parking with no warning about bar and restaurant closed with no warning when booking when they know that would advice anybody look elsewhere

Great value for good hotel

Pros: Excellent decor with brand new looking carpets. Lift if U R stair adverse. Parked right outside with £4 parking for 24hrs (with voucher from hotel). This means l will be able to park free between 8am & 6pm tomorrow & could come & go in zone H free after 6pm to 8am next morning. Good size TV not your usual tiny one in many budget hotels. Cons: Tea cup difficult to hold when hot as a 70 yr old! Didnt need heating on myself at 70yrs old due to mild early Oct weather. Eastbourne has cheap hotels due to so many hotels here l think & its now off season.

Poor stay,great location

Pros: Great location,parking right outside the hotel £4 for the day,lift in hotel,2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk into the town Cons: I feel a lot of the reviews for this hotel are fake tbh. The room was tiny,the bathroom was so dirty on the floor we put a towel on the floor and we didn’t use the shower because it was that dirty,luckily we only stayed 2 nights. There was no room service,and the restaurant/bar downstairs was not open the whole time we were there. No staff present at all,and no information about breakfast,just not good enough considering the information we got befor

Pros: Close to the beach Cons: Need a good clean, small room just to turn around
