Pros: Location was great, very convenient to public transportation. Small store on same street. Safe area. Staff very nice. Very clean. Comfortable. Cons: Unit was not as pictured and could use some attention (older cabinets, area by washing machine could be made nicer) but it was clean. AC wasn’t properly explained and we didn't figure it out til the last night - but that's on us for not asking.
