Disappointing experience

My experience with Carlton Town Cairo Hotel, especially their rooftop garden, was absolutely disappointing! The way guests are treated is completely unacceptable. There is a serious lack of hospitality, professionalism, and respect for customers. Instead of making guests feel welcome and valued, the experience left me feeling frustrated and completely let down. A deeply disappointing experience that I have absolutely no desire to repeat.

Unfortunately, my experience with Carlton Town Cairo Hotel was extremely disappointing, especially when it came to flexibility and guest satisfaction. I requested a late check-out of just four additional hours and was even willing to pay half the nightly rate for it. However, the hotel completely refused my request! The issue is not simply about four extra hours. It is about how a hotel treats its guests and whether it is willing to make a reasonable effort to accommodate their needs, especially when the guest is prepared to pay for the additional service.
