Holiday in Dubai
Really nice and friendly staffs. And the travel consultant named Su, she was really kind and patient to us explaining all the details professionally. Booked our safari with her and the experience was fantastic. really recommend

Stay and Breakfast at Carlton Downtown
Perfect stay. Mr Ankush at front office gave us a fantastic room with good view and space. Mr Raphaer at breakfast welcome every morning with smile. It made our day.

A Wonderful Dining Experience with Excellent Service
The buffet restaurant at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The food selection was wide and well-balanced, offering both international and local dishes, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was great value and a perfect place to enjoy a satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend it and would happily dine here again. I would also like to give special thanks to Rabhel who was exceptionally friendly
