Absolutely love the hospitality and the actual hotel
Absolutely love the hospitality and the actual hotel. We were lucky to get a free upgrade which we were so grateful for as we were there for 14 nights! Suite was so massive and the view from the windows were stunning. Walking distance from Metro station. Totally recommend.

Since our last visit to Dubai and stay at Carlton Dubai Creek (4 times), seems like the service at the hotel has been seriously degraded! Sad but true
Since our last visit to Dubai and stay at Carlton Dubai Creek (4 times), seems like the service at the hotel has been seriously degraded! Sad but true. The bathroom in our room had the shower cubicle leaking badly? Also some of the staff members are somewhat unfriendly and seemed aggressive with their response to our reports of issues with the room. However, some staff members were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we won't be staying there for our next visit to Dubai.
