Pleasant stay.

Pros: The location was great. The room was serviced and very clean. Newly refurbished. Cons: The kitchenette needs new utensils, such as sharp knives and a frying pan. Apart from black tea, there were no other varieties. Had to buy my own herbal tea. Apart from shampoo, conditioner, and soap, there was no body wash or lotion. The fumes coming from nearby kitchens are unbearable. The staff at the reception was sort of helpful and friendly, but wasn't really interested in engaging in conversations. Very very different from arriving in a hotel overseas in Europe or India. It's a pity that

Disappointed

Pros: As always a brilliant location and a favourite place to stay in the past. Cons: Cleanliness. For the first time and maybe because of the renovations but we appeared to but put in a room that was an old rental but it was unfinished and dirty.
