Incredibly warm and kind staff, beautiful hotel design, a really relaxing and charming neighbourhood. Couldn't recommend Casa Altata and their team more. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pros: The staff at Casa Altata was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Both the front desk and the evening guard, Miguel, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There's a coffee shop in the front that is apparently unrelated to the hotel, but Jonathan there as well was very kind and welcoming. The hotel is very cute and our room was beautifully cleaned every day. Cons: There was a small issue concerning the hot water when we first arrived, but the staff took care of it immediately.

Pros: The design and colors. Location is also great to explore Mexico City. If you get a deluxe room it will be big enough and sound proof enough to stay for some days. Cons: During our stay we had some issues in reaching out to management. Night staff was amazing, but we had our breakfast included in the stay and did not really understood what breakfast as for the whole week no one was available in the mornings to make us any breakfast. We were told to grab some yoghurts in the fridge, but it was not what I was expecting.

Pros: Quarto muito bom, cama excelente. Miguel, que fica a noite no hotel, excepcional, super atencioso e cuidadoso. Cons: Chuveiro demora muito para esquentar (+20min) e sai pouquíssima agua

Pros: Nothing, there is nothing. This is NOT a hotel, its a poor AIRBNB. There is NO STAFF, NO BREAKFAST, NO WARM WATER. Cons: They promote the hotel as a Boutique Hotel but they are not a hotel. It feels like they still live on old reviews (from before it became an AIRBNB, thats what it feels for us) and it looks like they manipulate the reviews on booking.com (Lot of 10's from Mexico). Dont go there. Its a scam. They promised us a refund but they do nothing. No staff, no breakfast, no service, no warm water, NOTHING!
