Pros: The hotel manager Jimmy Robles himself and his team tried their very best to make my stay at the hotel an outstanding one. If there was something to discuss, Mr. Robles took the initiative personally. And his colleagues were very helpful and caring. Cons: --
Pros: The location, the Andean decoration in the common areas, and the very friendly and attentive staff. Cons: There is a need for a bit more cleanliness in the rooms; it is also time to change the carpet as it looks very dirty, and in general, it needs a bit of renovation.
