Pros: The location is great, only a five-minute walk to the center; Cons: however, my room was very dark, the facilities were outdated, and the bathroom plumbing system frequently made the sound of running water, which seriously affected my sleep.

Pros: This was my second stay. My first was 20 years ago. It is still has a beautiful garden and terrace. The location is great. The room is tiny but adequate for one person. Someone that watches tv might find the angle difficult but I don’t watch it. Small detail but the water bucket used to recover water is collapsible and lost all the water. Cons: The drinking water ran out at night. The manager was non responsive Unfortunately I left my glasses and necklace. The manager berated me for this. I offered to prepay for DHL shipping which would include pickup and extra for her time but She insi

Pros: There is a friendly person (Paulina) to greet you and show you around the accomodation and can help with any questions or issues-who lives onsite, beautiful accomodation, large rooms, large comfortable bed, great view from the terrace, provide drinking water & tea & coffee, good hot water in bathroom- but you have to wait many minutes for it to get hot & while waiting you can collect the cold water in a bucket to use on plants in common area, central location but up a hill (like most places in Guanajuato).
