Pros: The rooms were great, clean and very nice. But what made our stay was the staff. Flor specially was very attentive and friendly, very helpful with any requests we had. Cons: Out room was right next to the stairs so for one of the nights we were woken up by other guests being inconsiderate and loud.
Brilliant, refreshing & comfortable
We loved everything! The quality of the room was brilliant & I’ve got very high standards. It was spotlessly clean & fresh & modern. The gym area was brilliant too, the staff very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect. I will recommend Casa Cleo to friends visiting Mexico City, Thank you
Great Hotel
Pros: Lovely boutique hotel, very clean, great location and friendly staff. Cons: Nothing, it was great.
The location is amazing - close to many restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is very family-friendly; quiet with lots of families and parks around. The apartment room we booked was very clean and comfortable with a toddler. The breakfast was small but sufficient.

Pros: Cozy and pretty hotel and welcoming staff Cons: Personally not worth the price they asked for. Not completely satisfied about the value for money. Breakfast also quite limited.
