Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, barrio seguro, céntrico y tranquilo. Las instalaciones y la atención al cliente son muy buenas. Espacio cómodo y bonito con todo lo necesario. Cons: El apartamento 101 donde nos alojamos da directamente a la calle. Las ventanas no cierran correctamente ni estan bien aisladas por lo que se oyen todos los ruidos de la calle. Es un detalle que te dejen tapones pero yo creo que la solución definitiva seria cambiar las ventanas ya que si tienes un sueño ligero no pegas ojo.

Pros: Great location and beautiful apartment! Cons: The staff was not great. They couldn’t make very simple accommodations such as delaying check-out by 15 minutes. We had to walk through the Roma neighborhood with our luggage to get something to eat.

The best position in the middle of Roma Nord, the most hype area of Mexico City.

The apartment was comfortable with a full kitchen. Great location. There isn’t staff onsite however they have different nearby locations and were responsive to our needs.
