We are a family of four and had the pleasure of staying at Casa de las Artes for just one night, although we truly wished it could have been much longer.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The level of service was exceptional, with every member of staff warm, attentive and genuinely caring. It is officially a four-star hotel, but in our experience, it deserves every bit of a five-star rating.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location!
Pros: Casa de las Artes is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location! I found it very easy to walk to the nearby museums and explore the rest of Madrid. There area also has lots of great cafes and shops.
I was staying in a single room and there was more than enough space! The bed was also sooo comfortable.
I wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities - the gym looked amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
