Pros: The hotel has an excellent location and beautiful views of Guanajuato. We also enjoyed the bar and food, which were among the highlights of our stay. The property itself has a lot of character and potential, and its location makes it very convenient for exploring the city. Cons: While there were several positive aspects, the overall experience did not match our expectations. The staff could benefit from greater professionalization. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Pros: Beautiful property. Great location. Fantastic staff. Lovely welcome when we arrived and good service throughout our stay. The heated pool and rooftop bar were a real highlight and the onsite bakery did amazing pastries. Cons: No kettle. There was a coffee machine but no way to make a cup of tea in the room. Only a problem if a tea drinker😀 and certainly did not spoil our stay.
