Staff and Noise made it unpleasant. Especially for the price I paid for one night.
Pros: The aesthetic and location are great Cons: Staff was not helpful. Bad mood. Low energy. The way they responded to my requests was condescending. Also, we had noise all night and construction started at 8 am.
Pros: Casa Ofelia was perfect! To begin with, the staff are super friendly and helped me with a lot of questions I had. They've helped me book a shuttle from the airport and a tour to Teothiuacan, besides giving me advice on what to do during my stay. Moreover, the hotel is really beautiful, in a very safe and central area of Mexico City, with a lot of museums, green areas to go for a nice walk and lots of different stores and restaurants. It's also not that far to move from one neighbourhood to another on foot, which makes it easier to get to know the area better. The room was cozy and very c
