Pros: Absolutely nothing I could not even stay in it, it was filthy and in a state of disrepair Cons: Everything, I spent 6 hours driving to Birmingham to be confronted by the dirtiest, highly misleading and most unacceptable accommodation I’ve ever seen.
Not a great advert for staying in a place called "comfy-quiet" Should be "smelly-loud"
Pros: Location Cons: Terrible smell. Leaking shower. Clogged drains. Non flushing toilet. Blood stains on walls of corridor. Trip hazard with loosely fitted flooring. Broken furniture. Very noisy neighbours. Strong smell of cannabis. Wasn't informed about deposit until 24 hours before checking inn which impacted spending.
Pros: Location was excellent 15 min walk to new street station and Victoria Square, beds comfortable kitchen was good everything there Cons: Could do with some TLC, key to apartment could be left in a better place but overall price and location was excellent
