Pros: Really good communication - good English, host very responsive and nice, prepared structured and really clear instructions. Secured parking behind gated doors, plenty of parking space. Really close to the Malpensa airport. Option of late check-in and early check-out; process very smooth. Room spacious and clean. Cons: /

I wish I had booked any other hotel or Airbnb that wasn't racist.

Pros: None Cons: Some of the towels smelled like SEWAGE, and others were sticky, not rinsed well by a properly working washing machine. NO apology from the owner, of course. Washers are not working well... I wish there was a shower curtain or a shower booth. The shower panels were about to fall off. Mold and dirty floor sheets in the bathroom. After the free cancellation period or upon check-in, the owner directs you NOT TO LEAVE ANY LIGHTS ON OR AC RUNNING when you exit your room during your stay - a very strictly enforced rule.
