Pros: Breakfast included. All worked as expected Great location 30 minutes from the center, did a loop down the riverfront past the town center and then back through the gardens on the day we stayed. Cons: Automated is a bit cold from start to finish Never met the owners, never greeted, just found the key, used the facilities, ate breakfast in the kitchen with cereal and a fridge, and left. Everything worked 100% to a tee. It feels like the AI era of hotels. Brutally efficient but a little cold in comparison to other places we have stayed. Everything was acceptable but nothing shone out as
