Good place to stay if working in/near Mitcham. Value for money, i am booking again for this week.
Pros: People were friendly and the location is only 15 minutes walk from my workplace. The breakfast was simple self serve (cereal/yogurt/croissant/toast) with orange juice, tea and coffee available. Cons: While the rooms were clean and tidy, the carpet was threadbare in places. However, the price was very competetive so while a little rough round the edges, overall good value. i stayed in room 21, other rooms may be better.

Pros: Very friendly staff. They couldn't do enough for you especially the lady who cleaned the rooms. The food was great, delicious and good value for money. Cons: Rooms need updating. Carpet is worn and threadbare in places. The bed was hard and not very comfortable.
