Aww Rats!
Pros: I loved the layout of the facility. Very very quaint. Cons: New Orleans' rats lying dead on the street outside the facility on Sunday morning. I am very sqeemish. I stayed a bit longer than I intended to process rats lying dead on the streets. It's different. Also, the air conditioner was dripping and the shower could have been designed much better.

Okay for the price
Pros: The lobby area is decorated nicely. There was always someone available at the front desk 24/7. After expressing my sentiments about the noise level from the 2nd floor from out 1st floor room to the owner, we were upgraded to a nicer room on the 3rd floor for our final night of stay. Cons: The rooms on the bottom floor are quite small. There's not much storage space in the rooms to place your items, but this can be attributed to the limited space.
