Pros: The entrance lobby and welcome were marvellous Cons: We had to walk to another hotel 5 minutes away because the room was having electrical issues.

Great location in the Gothic Quarter, fantastic hotel that was very clean, has a lovely rooftop pool and bar and fabulou
Pros: From the moment we arrived Alex and his colleague were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Alex told the time to upgrade our room, help with restaurant choices and generally make our stay wonderful! Cons: Nothing.
