Excellent location for access to museums andVondel park.

Pros: Toilet roll holder in room 436 fell of the wall needs replacing. Great that in room coffee machine had decaf pods but no milk was supplied in the room. Upon request Bar staff did give us a little jug of milk. Reception staff Tim and Pablo are very helpful. Victor the Porter was very helpful and cheerful. Location of hotel is excellent. Cons: Room 436 toilet roll holder needs fixing. Also leave space in the fridge for our milk and our items. No need for mini bar fridge to be stuff full. Also Pringle do not need to be refrigerated.

Pros: L’emplacement, l’espace Cons: La présence d’une souris dans la cuisine, les poignées de portes (chambre et wc) qui vous restent dans les mains, plusieurs ampoules de grillées.

la ubicacion es excelente! se llega caminando a todos lados. el hotel esta muy bien! nosotras no sacamos desayuno, hay varios lugares cerca para poder desayunar

Value for money

Friendly staff but pretty tired property. Good value for money for a short stop over in Amsterdam, but I would be hesitant to be here for long as it’s a bit run down.
