Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay！
Communication with the hotel was quick and easy—they always responded promptly. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic. They also did their best to accommodate an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: This apartment is good just for one night, so don't expect anything special. The staff was helpful. We arrived to Catania in late hours so we took advantage of the airport transfer service. Cons: Despite everything, it would be good to renovate a room.

Horrible communication
Pros: Nothing Cons: I have traveled all over the world and this accommodation was the worst experience in 50 years.
