Pros: UN PO DECENTRATO CON L AUTO COMODO PER IL PARCHEGGIO Cons: ABBIAMO TROVATO DELLE STANZE DIVERSE DA QUELLE PRENOTATE CON BAGNO PER INVALIDI SCOMODO E INUTILIZZABILE NON CI HANNO RISOLTO IL PROBLEMA SE NON L'INDOMANI MA CI SIAMO ACCONTETATI
Pros: nothing matches a 4 stars hotel specs. Cons: I booked a superior double room and first I got a room without the window and when I asked for them to change it with a superior one they offered me a room with two double beds and one single bed. The furnitures and the bathrooms were old and not comfortable. I did't even fit in the shower.
Cons: Stanza a piano terra vicina alla reception, rumori tutta la notte e la mattina presto passavano i carrelli per la cucina impossibile dormire
Catania a settembre
Cons: 'ingresso esterno
Pros: Struttura pulita e personale molto accogliente e disponibile Cons: L’ingresso nascosto, la mancanza di una vera finestra e del bidet in camera
