Clean modern well equipped and close to tube and Alexandra palace 25-30 min walk
Pros: I was given a different property as my apartment had faulty electrics. The room had AC and full mini kitchen and was clean Cons: The hallway smelled and housekeeping staff were making a lot of staff cleaning in the hall outside my door and in the room above from 8-15 am I was charged same price for the cheaper accommodation as my more expensive apartment

Pros: The communication was first class. A problem came up with the apartment I had originally booked at the very last minute, but an alternative was offered quickly which was above and beyond what I expected. Great location and fantastic facilities. Cons: Nothing
Sent to near by property with pros (air con) and cons (no soundproofing)
Pros: We were moved to a separate property close by (High Road) due to an electrical fault which was well located, building entry felt secure and during the heatwave we had air con. It was clean and the shower was great. The hosts were good at communicating and answering questions too, very appreciated Cons: The separate property wasn’t sound proofed at all, we could hear people in the corridor, and neighbours to the side and especially above very clearly. The blinds also didn’t block the light so some found sleeping conditions hard. There was a few things missing like tea towel for kitchen un

Location Cons: Noise from the corridor, lacking small amenities like a shelf for personal items in the bathroom (e.g. toothbrush, nowhere to put glasses) and towel hooks, dish rack by the sink in the kitchen, a large mirror would also be useful
