Cons: The staff wouldn't answer the phone; the code provided in the email for the apartment key didn't work, and they hadn't even told me the apartment number. I was left waiting outside for two hours because no one was answering the phone.

Non existent!

Pros: Not a lot! We did not gain entry to the secure parking until a resident happened along. We parked our car & trued to open the lock box which would not open. We eventually managed to contact the owner who tried to rectify it but let us know after a while that his cleaner had difficulty because the box had been broken into & was no longer working. The code for the gate had been changed over a month earlier so I assume it all went wrong prior to that! Cons: Notification of the probldms; poor communication from the servicing company to the owner. We luckily had a room in a hotel a little fur

Definitely recommend for a stay in Coventry with family!

Pros: We loved the space it was so clean, the hosts were very welcoming we even left an iPad and they were willing to make arrangements to get it back!! Would definitely recommend for a stay in Coventry!!! Cons: The property didn’t have tissues, but that’s it

A comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Coventry with great space for a group.

Pros: I really liked the convenient location in central Coventry and the free parking, which made the stay easy and stress‑free. The flat was spacious enough for our group, and the living area felt cosy with comfortable seating and nice décor. Cons: The information provided to unlock the garage gate was incorrect, and it took some time to receive the response (correct code )from the property team. They did apologise, but the situation was stressful, especially because we were stuck outside the gate with very limited space to wait.
