SI POTREBBE CON POCO AVERE UN BUON MONOLOCALE A GINEVRA...
Pros: Posizione centralissima, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria al lago di Ginevra .
Mezzi pubblici a 50 mt.
Tanti ristoranti x tutti i gusti e prezzi in zona.
Ottimo funzionamento acqua calda e wc.
Bagno ben pulito all'arrivo anche se molto datato..
Basterebbe poco e sarebbe più confortevole.
Cons: 1) Letto molto piccolo x 2 persone anche magre
Cuscini da letto piccolissimi
2) Utensili da cucina e arredamento che ornai abbisogna di un restyling e non molto puliti., compreso l'ambiente che avrebbe bisogno di una riverniciata ai muri e plafone.

Equipped studio in central location, easy check-in and out.
Check-in was easy, instructions were clear and host was responsive. Studio is fully equipped, clean and the location is excellent.

Pros: La situation proche de la gare
Cons: Compliqué l'accès à l'appartement. Il y a un code (délivré via la messagerie) pour la porte d'entrée OK . Pour accéder à l'appartement. Il y une porte palière qui s'ouvre uniquement avec une clé. Or cette clé est en attente dans la boite à clés située sur la porte de l'appartement au 4ème étage !!!
Un résident de l'immeuble de passage nous a heureusement autorisé de franchir cette porte palière pour que l'on puisse récupérer ( via un code delivré par messagerie ) la clé de la porte palière et la clé de l'appartement au 4 ème étage.
