Beautiful!
The location is very central, 1 block from the tram station and very close to the center. There is no place to cook and the space to put the luggage is very small, but there are luggage storage and laundry facilities (both paid separately, I found it strange that the luggage storage is paid but okay).

I would return
The location is perfect, clean, safe, and comfortable bed. The service could improve to reach 5 stars.
