Pros: The location is close to the metro and buses. The breakfast. The cleanliness of the establishment and the staff always ready to solve small problems and provide information. Cons: The room is a bit small for 3. The elevator is very very slow.
Great location for sightseeing!
Pros: The hotel is currently being renovated; hardly any disruptions as a result. The new rooms are very tastefully & practically designed. The proximity to Kensington Gardens, restaurants/grocery stores & bus/underground were excellent. Cons: The breakfast selection does not justify the price.

Comfortable stay near Hyde Park
Pros: Very central location, easy to access lots of spots around the city via the tube. It was a comfortable room that met most of our needs for a decent price. Cons: The air conditioner was leaky and left a funny smell in the room. The bath was a bit slippery underfoot. Would have liked a toilet brush and basic cutlery.
