Great location and apt with several caveats

Pros: Superb location. Nice spacious light apt with great views. Overall fantastic but see below. And at this price, you'd expect better communication/instructions Cons: 1. Delay in getting instructions; had to contact the owner. The app and door code were a colossal hassle - and insufficient instructions. Once we got the app to work and figured out the system, it was easy. But more timely and thorough instructions would have saved plenty of frustration. The system requires a phone with reception. Updated apartment on the 11th floor.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this condo. The location is the best, and amenities are excellent. Plenty of paid parking nearby. You can temporarily park in front of the building to unload luggage. The night view of Cambridge is amazing through the wrap around windows. Rooms are clean and cozy, beds are comfortable. Host is very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had some issue with WiFi when we arrived and got resolved once connected the host. Self checking in and out with app is also convenient. We would stay again next time coming to Boston.

Amazing Stay!

Pros: Fabulous apartment! Cons: The app was really hard to manage, but probably me. The building was super nice.
