Never received access

Pros: / Cons: Even after repeated messages, we never received the code to access the key. We ended up receiving another accommodation and 6 hours later de co host contacted us to ask if we had been able to enter the building. Overall very poor communication and no automated messaging. Ad a result, if something comes up with the host, the guests cannot enter the apartment.

Ideal for what we needed

Pros: The owner was very accommodating. The flat had everything. Cons: Bathroom outdated Carpets were sticky

Great flat with everything you need for a short city break

Pros: Very well located for walking into the city centre, and particularly well located for Park Hills, where we were heading for a wedding reception. The flat had everything we needed and was comfortable, and it was a quiet area that felt safe and peaceful at night, and was a lovely place to relax in the evening. Having parking just outside was also great. Cons: The mattresses weren't of good quality. The beds were fine for a couple of nights, but better mattresses would have made them more comfortable. We hadn't realised that it was a ground floor apartment. We ideally like to sleep with the
