Super stay in a super location!
Pros: The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Communication from host was excellent. Location of property was fantastic we spent 3 days exploring the town and outskirts we walked everywhere and one night found an amazing chip shop on the way back the other night we ate in. We were a group of 8 adults and this place was perfect for exploring.
The only point we all raised was that when we were all in the lounge diner it was a bit snug for 8 adults - but we moved the tables around and made it work for us. We were mainly out and about so it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Great location and good facilities
Pros: The location and all the bedrooms have en-suites . Kitchen facilities were good too
Cons: The heating thermostat was always switched off so was v cold and we had to turn it up . The doors were all stiff too to open

Fantastic weekend stay with friends
What a fantastic stay. The host was super helpful, all rooms were clean and comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated with lots helpful extras provided like soap/toilet roll and kitchen utensils etc. Also in a great location 10 minutes walk from town. We really enjoyed our stay

Perfect choice for a getaway
Pros: There was an en-suite in each bedroom, kitchen utensils were good, location excellent, parking on site, festive decs were a great idea

Restful great location to explore beautiful Stratford
Pros: Wonderful host very helpful and accommodating Location was amazing with excellent parking
Bedrooms big and comfortable
Lots of bathrooms
Well stocked kitchen
Beautiful garden with furniture
Cons: Would of liked the lounge area larger to accommodate our large group
The only thing I’d change but still very pleasant and enjoyable as a group
