Pros: Everything $ every spot inside the hotel was spectacular. The staff and the location were just wonderful Cons: None however there was some noise after 9 am for the major works to replace the elevators

Reception and reservation team is uncompromising, unyielding and rigid. Do not make any mistake on your reservations. They will not honor any requests even though it’s simple and common sense. They will give you the run arounds when trying to speak to the right person and resolve the issue.
