Overall a wonderful stay in a prime location.
The location, cleanliness, most of reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Also, they held our large suitcases while we went on a weekend trip before we checked in again for our last days. This was a great perk!!! And they held it after checkout before our night flight. Bus Transportation to the both airports (Narita & Haneda) was right downstairs at street level, along with a 7/11, which was very convenient. And just a few minutes walk to/from Shinjuku station. Breakfast buffet was awesome too!

夏の疲れを癒やしてくれた二泊。
Pros: 心地よいリネンの数々。眺望広がるロケーション。 Cons: サウスコートのメニュー変更。生ビールは継続してほしかった。レストラン朝食時にドレッシングかけの入れ忘れ。

Ottimo hotel per posizione
Pros: Posizione centrale con le maggiori amenità. Pulito e ottima colazione. Vista dal 25 piano fantastica! Cons: Hanno gettato via delle scarpe senza nemmeno chiedere se le rivolessimo!
