Pros: Very good lokation , friendly helpful staff , clean room , quite , lovely lobby bar , Tokyo view Cons: Lobby bar could be open longer hours after 19.00

Overall a wonderful stay in a prime location.

The location, cleanliness, most of reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Also, they held our large suitcases while we went on a weekend trip before we checked in again for our last days. This was a great perk!!! And they held it after checkout before our night flight. Bus Transportation to the both airports (Narita & Haneda) was right downstairs at street level, along with a 7/11, which was very convenient. And just a few minutes walk to/from Shinjuku station. Breakfast buffet was awesome too!

Lovely hotel, great location, great staff. All around a very nice place to stay.

View was good, would have been good to have been able to see more lines from my window.

Just perfect with minor imperfections.

Pros: The best location you can get in Tokyo! Cons: Furniture is old. Not the best air conditioner.

You perfect Tokyo base with view

Pros: Location, night view, comfortable beds. Cons: A bit old fashioned, no peculiar facilities like onsen or sauna.
