Great Location, Clean, but......

Pros: Location to Bull Fighting was great. 5 minute walk. And the room was old but very clean. AC worked great. Sweet lady at reception couldn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish but she still a very patient with us. Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel in Madrid! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They replied to our messages on WhatsApp almost immediately, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, with two metro stations nearby and several convenient metro lines, making it easy to get around the city. The room had air conditioning, a shower, and a mini-fridge. Pros: M'ha agradat molt l'amabilitat i eficiencia del personal. De la mateixa manera que l'ubicació. Tambè la pressió de l'aigua de la dutxa, el fet que hi ha prou rotllos de pper de wc i pots fer ús del secador si et cal Cons: Les imatges sembla que lhabitació sigui més amplia. El fet que faltaria alguna tovallola de més.

Bona ubicació

Pros: El personal ens ha ajudat en tot moment. Hem pogut deixar les maletes i ens les han guardat molt bé. L'ubicació de l'allotjament està a prop de busos, del metro d'un parc, de bars i serveis Cons: Sembla més gran l'habitació a les fotos del que és a la realitat.

Pros: La recepcionista fue muy amable y atenta, pero las instalaciones del hostal dejan mucho que desear. El edificio es antiguo y los ruidos dificultan el descanso, incluso para quienes tenemos el sueño profundo. Además, la habitación y el colchón no resultaron cómodos. El baño presenta varias deficiencias: la cortina de la ducha no evita que el agua llegue hasta la habitación, la tapa del inodoro está suelta, las toallas están desgastadas y no hay portarrollos.
