Lovely staff but the room is tired.

Lovely and warm staff, but the room looked a bit tired with splash marks on the walls, veneer peeling off bathroom units, and a chipped bath. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Slightly disappointed that the restaurant didn't serve any Scottish dishes or have any cask ales (particularly as it is a Marston's pub).
