Upon arrival, the hotel was closed, we had to go 1 km to get the key. On-site, the manager could not find any trace of our reservation, because she did not register it, giving us a default room, claiming that all her rooms are identical, we discovered a small room of about 12 m2 on site??? Whereas we had booked a much larger family room ... which does exist on the hotel's plans and on the online listing. I will not qualify the lack of respect and consideration for the customer, as all this without a word of apology for not processing our reservation.
