Deserves all the credit as one of the world’s best hotel stays.
Pros: One of the best hotel stays of all time. Service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. Food was top-notch; breakfast and dinner included in the half board. Dinner was a nine-course healthy curated selection of local ingredients from all over Hokkaido. Absolutely loved the in-room onsen and forest views. Will definitely stay again. Topped up for teppanyaki dinner on one night and it was amazingly delicious Cons: Nothing.

Great and stunning
Pros: Every detail is very top-notch. The lobby's view is stunning and calm. The room is spacious and very clean! I like the lounge so much. All you can eat and drink. The selection of snacks is a great choice. Cons: The breakfast could have more options

Loved every second! Can't wait to return. Highly recommend!
Pros: It was an amazing stay. We loved every second of it. It was so hospitable, tranquil, beautiful, delicious meals, amazing amenities and rooms as well as the grounds, onsen, and charming town with delicious local cuisine. A must-stay if you're traveling to Hokkaido. We have already decided we have to return as soon as possible! Cons: Nothing negative to say at all. Everything was amazing.

The good hotel, great service
Pros: Clean, great facilities, good location, great service, we had teppanyaki dinner - it was great 😊 Cons: Breakfast was limited to Japanese style, Would be nice for some variety.
