Nice apartment with a few hiccups

Pros: Nice apartment with the facilities and location to suit us for 3 nights. Cons: Downside of location is the absence of restaurants etc over weekend as the apartment is in a business area. Apartment had not been cleaned on arrival at 4pm. Cleaners arrived after contacting booker and left about 5.30 with later delivery of towels. Compensation was mentioned but has not been forthcoming so far. No tea towels are provided so take them if you are booking. Sink plug in ensuite stuck on first use making it unusable for the rest of our stay. I did report it and said to leave the repair until

Disappointed, will not stay again

Pros: Location is good if you want to be close to central London (Covent Garden) whilst being close to the city. Stations such as Temple, Chancery Lane and Holborn are very close Cons: We stayed in the largest unit which is on the top floor (5th floor). The elevator didn't work for half of our stay and the host couldn't confirm when the elevator would be fixed. If you have families or luggage, this is a disaster to walk up 5 flights of stairs everyday, especially with young kids. When we complained, the host offered us a 20 pound Amazon voucher! Spacious but with many narrow stairs to climb.

Pros: Spacious Apartment, Air Conditioned and two wonderful cleaning ladies came mid week and cleaned it well and changed linen and towels. Quiet area with many beautiful historic buildings. Easy access to buses and trains . Cons: The many stairs in Apt 2 . I specifically requested for an apartment with only a few steps due to a bad knee and was given one with 36 steps. 16 to get to the apartment and another 16 steps inside ( split level) with a very narrow winding staircase. Very good despite a few lock issues that were quickly resolved.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, modern, spacious, secure, and good quality bedding in the rooms. Cons: Capricious air conditioning and the extra bed ordered was very tired, both the bed and the mattress.
