Get the place cleaned up although the gentleman is very friendly but that's not enough
Pros: I hate to be harsh but it's the absolute truth. I loved the flowers and the little yard work that the gentleman puts in. Please upgrade to compete. Cons: There was dirt. Smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom was just not clean, hair on the countertops and the toilet would not flush. The place needs a very good clean up and you should advertise that you have 4 dogs. The kitchen and back porch are an absolute mess.

The proximity to the airport is great. In an emergency, you can also walk there.

My stay was good. It was nice chatting with Mr. Chandler.
Pros: The location, the fruit trees in the back of the property, and the host were very nice. Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner
