Perfect location. Comfortable, clean close to the town centre. Staff were great, breakfast was exceptional.

Very good - a few very minor things stopped me giving 10/10
Pros: Well maintained, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff, excellent service. Great location Large bedroom and bathroom with rubber mat for bath - rarely provided. Cons: Carpark very limited and difficult with large car. No lift, but am certain staff would have offered to assist if necessary. Curtains non blackout so let light through in early morning. Bathroom window no blind or curtain Bathroom a little dusty in places, just needed a little more care and attention, which at £189.00 B&B I would have expected. For me the bed mattress was a little lumpy, but I still slept well.
